2022 - 2024

In MAMAMUSE, we explore the unseen boundaries around female expression and visibility: how cultural norms, platform policies, and market logics shape what can be seen, sold, or silenced. Initially rooted in early motherhood and inner dialogue, the project expanded into a critique of systems that regulate female expression, health, representation and body. This axis continues to drive my unfolding artistic inquiry and visual practice. I focus on the female body and the differential in visibility and tolerance for communications, content and commerce through the lens of sexual objectification relative to the lens of biological reproductive function, health and wellbeing.
